Peaking spreadsheet called for doing 10 sets of 318 pounds for 10 reps for 2 sets.
I was able to do 2 sets of 318 pounds for 6 reps for each set. I pinched a femoral nerve while doing this work-out and was out for 2 weeks. Lesson learned, always stretch well before lifting and don’t lift at the end of the day when you’re already tired.
