Squat on 1-5-18

477 pounds for 1 rep.

Week 13 of Ed Coan 14 Week Peaking Program

Since it took everything I had to lift this weight, 477 will be my new max, to be used in the next 14 week peaking program. In this program, I increased my squat max from 444 pounds to 477 pounds.
